Step aerobics with Yolates:
This class begins with a total body warmup and energizing step aerobic workout. The second half of the class will work your overall strength, flexability, and balance with a combination of Yoga and Pilates exercises.
Cardio & Pilates:
Get a great core workout with Pilates, then move into an energizing aerobic workout.

- Core Conditioning & Cardio Interval:
(Core work, Muscle Conditioning & Cardio Intervals) Start the hour off with core work, then move on to muscle conditioning & step intervals of 3 or 4 minutes. Guaranteed to burn fat!
Instructors Choice:
Be prepared to try different moves with this class.The instructor gets to decide each Saturday what they will want to do! It will be sure to get you going!
Intermediate Step:
This class provides a fun and energizing cardio workout using the Step. Easy to follow yet challenging choreography will keep your eyes off the clock and will be preceded by a warm-up or followed by a relaxing cool down and total body stretch.
Step & Core:
Class begins with an exhilarating step routine, then moves into a total core workout!
Step & Strength:
This class consists of a longer step cardio segment and a short, but powerful, strength segment using a variety of resistance equipment such as: weights, resistance bands, stability balls and more.
Total Body Sculpting:
This class focuses on sculpting and strengthening every major muscle group (biceps, triceps, deltoids, chest, back, core including abs, glutes, and legs) using provided equipment including stability ball, small ball, various weights, bands, Katami bar and students own body weight to increase muscle strength and definition.
